Social Development Department Minister Sisisi Tolashe has pledged her aid and determination to bettering South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) expert services through an engagement using the company's senior administrators in a strategic organizing session in Cape Town.
Tolashe on Tuesday expressed her heartfelt congratulations to the many social grant beneficiaries, who excelled in the 2024 matric final exams.
With the 724 156 full-time learners who registered to the National Senior Certificate (NSC), 572 338 are social grant beneficiaries, symbolizing 81% from the registered pupils during the education and learning sector.
These learners reached a commendable pass rate of 86%.
